Processing and Cleaning Bird's Nests

Carefully cleaned with RO water to remove dirt and impurities, preserving the structure and nutrients of the bird's nests.
The processing is entirely manual, without the use of bleaching chemicals, resulting in bird's nests that have a natural off-white to yellow color.

Distilling Bird's Nests

Use pure bird's nest, filtered water, and additional ingredients such as rock sugar, red dates, lotus seeds, etc.
Steaming Method: Steam in a double boiler at a moderate temperature (around 80-90°C) for 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the type of bird's nest and the desired portion.
